Pre-Sale & Pre-Order Terms
Some of our products are offered as pre-sale items. This means the product is still in production at the time of purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item in advance before it is ready to ship. Pre-orders allow us to produce responsibly, avoid overproduction, and maintain high quality standards.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Pre-sale items are currently being manufactured.
Estimated shipping time is 2–8 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate. While we aim to ship as soon as possible, production timelines may vary slightly. If there are any significant changes or delays, we will inform you by email.
Pricing During Pre-Sale
Pre-sale items may be offered at a reduced price for a limited time.
This price is available only during the pre-sale period and may increase once the product is in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the item is a pre-sale product and will be shipped at a later date.
Cancellations & Returns
Pre-orders can be canceled before the item has shipped by contacting us via email. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Customs, Import Fees & Failed Delivery
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, courier handling fees, or brokerage fees. These charges are set by the destination country and/or courier and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to Sophisticate because customs/import fees were not paid, delivery was refused, the parcel was not collected, the address was incorrect or incomplete, or delivery could not be completed for reasons outside our control, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional return shipping, customs, courier, handling, and logistics costs may be deducted from any refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
